My brothers dog and my cat made me smile today. They seem to have made amends and have become good friends. It’s not like they were not friends, but they seem to be at peace around each other.
Kitty (previously called piss piss, which I changed as soon as I got home. Poor thing should not be defined by his smell) since I met him, never acted like a normal cat. He seemed to have rule over the yard and our lil black dog doesn’t seem to like him that much.
Kitty simply needs to walk up to him and he backs away and presents the cat with his dinner. If he decides to ‘man’ up and challange kitty, he usuall walks away with a new appearance.
The last time he challanged kitty for his food, he received a zorro-like Z on his nose, which has become his new trade mark.
Kitty has now decided that it’s a smart strategy to be friends with my brothers dog, because we feed him more ( cause he is getting older….not animal cruelty) and so his new spot for relaxing is next to old Bebe.
Hummm..wonder if my sister and I could get along like these two.
