Finally arrived in Japan 2 days ago for a two months work trip. Was a very good trip from the Caribbean to Japan. However, think that the temp change has not been too nice to me and down with a cold.
I cant read any of the labels on the medication here. Driving me mad!!! Finally went to the nurse and she prescribed something for me. But still concerned that i’m taking something that I cant even go online and see the side effects cause cant even read the name in Japanese.
Had a bunch of soldiers going to their base on the flight. Nice to see people from the west on the flight. But they made me change my mind when they opened their mouth. They need their mouths washed out! Cuss way too much.
Had a Japanese class yesterday, but wasn’t anything new. Learnt all that was taught at home. Think I want to actually learn the language when I get back home. But lets see if I still want to do so when time to leave.
A lil home sick. Miss moms cooking. Not really liking the food that they serve here. Nothing Japanese. The canteen serves so much egg that I already sick of it and this is day 3. The chicken that they make might as well be plastic. Has no taste. Guess you know what I won’t be eating when I get back home.
I’m sure Japanese cooking is much better than this. But will try to be patient and wait and see if it gets any better when we go into the heart of Okinawa.
Presentation next week and been so ill that I havent been able to even touch it. Ekkkk. Hope that I will be able to finish it and do it well.
Off to bed for a lil nap again 
Then will attempt to work on finishing my presentation for the umpteen time.
